Growing up in a rural part of El Salvador with the best chef in the world, my grandmother. I spent many hours cooking with her for the entire family in the old hut we called home. Seasonal vegetables, fresh wild caught fish and meats were available to us daily. Being part of this world help shape who I am today. I came to the US when I was 18 years old following my dreams. Since then I have accomplished so much in life.
Being part Acre Cafe has been a wonderful experience for me because I have gotten to connect with people who have taught me and inspired me to practice my belief, which is to be sustainable in everything I do, in order to help make a better world. I believe it is my responsibility to provide the healthiest food options to my valued customers by purchasing and cook with locally grown organic foods and other sustainably grown ingredients.
